DirectionsCoat chicken according to recipe on back of Panko Bread Crumb box. Preheat vegetable oil in a medium skillet, pan fry each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown, set on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F. Top each breast with old fashion ham and sprinkle with pepper jack cheese. Place the chicken in the oven until the cheese is melted and the chicken has finished cooking, about 7-10 minutes.
