Return Policy
- We do not accept returns on food products.
- Claims for damaged/spoiled goods must be registered with customercare@kinnikinnick.com or 1-877-503-4466 within 24 hours of first attempt at delivery.
- Please provide the batch and sell-by dates on the food product.
- Claims are not accepted for goods damaged/spoiled after delivery.
- Claims are not accepted for goods damaged/spoiled if delivery is attempted and re-scheduled (i.e. you’re not home).
- Claims are not accepted for goods damaged/spoiled for orders specified Special Handling*
- Credits for damaged/spoiled goods are processed within 3 business days of claim approval.
Allergen Return Policy
Products manufactured by our company are always free-from gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, peanuts and soy*.
*Note that soy is being eliminated from all formulations and products in the new FREE FROM packaging exclude all soy contamination.
Our facilities process products containing eggs (a major allergen) as well as corn & potato.
To ensure the highest level of food safety from allergens, we conduct random tests of all incoming ingredients to test for gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and soy in our in-house laboratory. We use only ingredients from manufacturers that indicate that all shipments are free from the allergens noted above as well as fish, shell fish, sulfites, mustard and sesame.
For customers with allergies or intolerances, our website has complete allergen information for each product and customers must review this information to ensure they are ordering appropriate products. If ordering by phone, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Kinnikinnick staff of any additional allergens.
As such, claims will not generally be accepted for allergen-related issues for any order placed on our website or by phone.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be received 2 business days prior to the shipping date noted on your order confirmation.
Shipping Policy
Orders totaling over CDN$50 qualify for free shipping.
$100 minimum orders are required for Northern Manitoba, Yukon, Nanavut and the Northwest Territories.
We require a street address and postal code for all shipments. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Allow up to 10 working days from time of order for delivery. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days from our expected shipping date, noted on your order confirmation.
GST is charged on shipping and any items classed as taxable under the Act. (i.e.: single serving, snack or non-food items).
Short Ship Policy
If you are short-shipped (some items were unavailable at the time of order) we DO NOT backorder. We only bill your credit card when your order ships, so will not be charged for items not delivered. For more details on why this policy is necessary, please view the No Backorder Policy.
If you ordered $50 or more of products and we could not fill the total order you still receive FREE shipping on that order. If you need to re-order the items that were not shipped you will need a total for the new order of $50 to qualify for free shipping.
*Special Handling may include any Non-standard Delivery Instructions such as:
- No signature required
- Leave with neighbour
- Leave on porch
- Leave with Front Desk
These types of deliveries are the sole discretion of the delivery driver and are completely beyond our control. We don't take responsibility for delivery of these orders.

Orders totaling over US$50 qualify for free shipping.
$100 minimum orders are required for Alaska and Hawaii and are subject to a USD $30 delivery surcharge.
We require a street address and zip code for all shipments. We CANNOT ship to P.O. or APO Boxes.
Allow up to 10 working days from time of order for delivery. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days from our expected shipping date, noted on your order confirmation.
No taxes apply.

Information We Collect For Our Phone Order Sales
In making your purchase over the phone, we ask for the following information: Names, address, phone numbers, email address, payment method, shipping address and any special shipping instructions. This information is secured in our computer systems to provide a record of your purchase for warranty purposes and also so that the next time you buy from us you will not have to provide all your personal information.
Information We Collect In Our Retail Store

Information We Collection For Commercial Credit Applications
In applying for a commercial credit account, we ask detailed information about your business to determine your credit risk. This information includes company name, address, owner and purchaser contact information, length of time in business, references, billing and shipping requirements and amount of credit required. By submitting the application you are consenting to an initial credit history check as well as periodic credit updates, as well, you are consenting to release credit history information to 3rd parties.
Information We Collect Online
On our web site, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. These areas include: a) Checkout: We ask for billing information, name, address, phone numbers, email address, shipping information if not the same as billing, any special shipping instructions, credit card type, number and expiry date. b) Catalog Requests: We ask for a name and address.
