Ingredients
4 individual Kinnikinnick Traditional English Muffins (236 g) 3 large eggs (168 g) ⅓ cup milk 2% (70 g) ½ tsp cinnamon (1 g) 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g) Optional: icing sugar and cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat electric griddle to 350°F (176°C) or heat a frying pan over medium heat. Grease lightly with cooking spray or butter.
- Split Kinnikinnick Traditional English Muffins in half. Cut each half into 4 strips. Set aside.
- Combine eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and milk. Whisk together until combined.
- Dip strips into egg batter to coat.
- Place dipped strips on preheated cooking surface and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side (cook until golden brown and egg is cooked).
- Dust Traditional English Muffin French Toast Strips with optional icing sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
