Ingredients
1 package Kinnikinnick S’moreables®- broken (220 g) 1½ cups Kinnikinnick Graham Style Cracker Crumbs (140 g) 3 tbsp butter (45 g) 2 cups miniature marshmallows (gluten-free) - reserve 1 cup (100 g) ¼ cup icing sugar (24 g) 1¼ cups whipping cream 33% - reserve ¼ cup (285 g) 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate - finely chopped (172 g) 8 oz cream cheese (250 g) 2 tsp vanilla extract (6 g) 1 (7 oz) jar Marshmallow Fluff (gluten-free) (198 g) 2 tbsp milk 2% (40 g) Optional: 4 oz milk chocolate - grated or curled (115 g)

Directions
For Base
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Lightly grease a 9 ½ inch deep pie dish. Set aside.
- Combine Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs and butter.
- Press mixture into base and sides of pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and layer warm base with 1 cup marshmallows. Set aside.
For Filling
- Whip 1 cup whipping cream with icing sugar. Set aside.
- In a small pot melt chopped chocolate and reserved ¼ cup cream. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla extract until soft (approx. 5 - 7 minutes). Slowly add chocolate mixture and mix until combined. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Spread filling evenly over filled crust. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
For Topping
- Combine Marshmallow Fluff with milk, mix until combined. Spread mixture onto chilled pie.
- Sprinkle with reserved 1 cup marshmallows and broken pieces of Kinnikinnick S’moreables®.
- With a kitchen torch, brown marshmallow topping.
- Let set for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- Optional: garnish with chocolate curls.
