Ingredients
½ cup cream 33% - whipped (120 g) 1 tsp peppermint extract (2 g) ½ package Kinnikinnick Mint Magic KinniTOOS® (110 g) 2L mint ice cream (gluten-free) 500 ml milk 2% (480 g) Optional: green food colouring for whipped cream

Directions
- In a small bowl whip whipping cream until stiff peaks. Add peppermint extract and optional green food colouring. Mix until combined. Place in a piping bag with a star tip. Set aside.
- Crush 4 Kinnikinnick Mint Magic KinniTOOS® cookies into crumbs and set aside.
- In a blender, blend ice cream while slowly adding milk until desired consistency. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
- Top KinniTOOS® Mint Magic Milkshakes with peppermint whipped cream and crushed Kinnikinnick Mint Magic KinniTOOS®.
- Decorate with a Kinnikinnick Mint Magic KinniTOOS® Cookie.
Yields 6 servings (8 oz glasses)
Tips & Variations
- If gluten-free peppermint ice cream is not available in your area, use vanilla ice cream. Add 1 - 2 drops green food colouring, ⅓ cup miniature chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.
