Ingredients
Apple Topping
2 large apples - cored/ peeled (380 g) 2 tsp cinnamon (6 g) ½ tbsp lemon juice (7 g)
¼ cup water (50 g)

Waffles
½ package Kinnikinnick Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Waffles - 3 waffles (111 g) Optional: drizzle with syrup or dust with cinnamon sugar

Directions
Apple Topping
- Slice apples into thin slices. Toss in lemon juice and water. Set aside.
- In a small skillet, sauté sliced apples until soft and water has evaporated (approx. 3 - 5 minutes over medium heat).
Assembly
- Toast Kinnikinnick Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Waffles.
- Top with Apple Topping.
- Drizzle with syrup or dust with cinnamon sugar. Best served warm.
