Ingredients
8 slices Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread (228 g) 2 tbsp butter (30 g) 4 tsp red pepper jelly (gluten-free) (36 g) 8 slices of turkey (120g) 140 g brie - rind partially removed/cut into slices

Assembly
- Preheat an electric griddle to 350°F (176°C) or a frying pan over medium heat.
- Butter one side of 8 bread slices.
- On non-buttered side, layer with 2 slices of brie, two pieces of sliced turkey and another slice of brie.
- Drizzle with red pepper jelly and top with a slice of Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread (butter side out).
- Grill sandwich on preheated griddle until golden brown and cheese melts.
Yields 4 sandwiches
