Directions (Rub)Rub or add to seafood during last ¾ of cooking time. Or toss cooked vegetables in butter mixture prior to serving. Directions (Butter Crusted Lobster Tails)Using kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster tails straight down the middle of the softer underside of the shell. Cut the meat down the center without cutting all the way through. Inset a metal skewer through the flesh to help keep the lobster tail straight. Brush with olive oil. Set aside. Over medium high heat grill lobster tails cut side down until the shells are bright in colour (approx. 5-7 minutes). Turn the tails over and stuff with seafood butter rub. Grill for an additional 4 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque in colour. Butter rub recipe above is enough for 4 (6oz) lobster tails. |
