Ingredients
½ package Kinnikinnick S’moreables® - broken in pieces (110 g) ¼ package milk chocolate chips (81 g) 40 mini marshmallows (90 g) 4 large bananas - skin on (425 g)

Directions
Using a fire pit
- Place each banana on a large piece of foil. Leaving a ¼ inch at the top and bottom, slice lengthwise down center of banana and spread open slightly.
- Fill each banana with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®. Wrap tightly with foil making sure no part is uncovered.
- Place directly in hot embers and turn occasionally for even heating (approx. 7 - 10 minutes depending on heat). Remove from embers and carefully unwrap.
Using a BBQ
- Preheat BBQ to 300°F (148°C).
- Leaving a ¼ inch at the top and bottom, slice lengthwise down center of banana and spread open slightly.
- Fill each banana with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®. Place in a tin foil tray side by side - contents should fit snug.
- Cover with foil and place in preheated BBQ on bottom rack. Cook until marshmallows and chocolate chips have melted (approx. 10-15 minutes depending on heat). Remove from BBQ and carefully unwrap.
Yields 4 banana boats

- Remember to use extreme caution when cooking on fire pits as cooking surfaces and equipment are extremely hot.
