Ingredients
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate - chopped (225 g) ¼ cup unsalted butter (48 g) 2 large eggs (112 g) ¾ cup brown sugar (100 g) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (3 g) ⅔ cup Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (150 g) ½ tsp baking powder (2 g) ¼ tsp salt (1 g) 8 ounces milk chocolate - chopped (225 g) 1 cup miniature marshmallows (gluten-free) (56 g) 8 Kinnikinnick S’moreables® - break into pieces (128 g)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small pot melt semi-sweet chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy (about 2 - 3 minutes).
- Slowly add melted chocolate to egg mixture in a steady stream while continuing to mix. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Slowly add dry ingredients, mixing after each addition. Mix until combined.
- Add chopped milk chocolate, miniature marshmallows and broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®. Mix until combined.
- Drop by the spoonful onto parchment lined baking tray. Do not press.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Cookies should be slightly soft still.
