Ingredients
1 package Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (454 g) 1 tsp baking soda (5 g) ½ tsp salt (3 g) ¾ cup butter - soft (144 g) ½ cup granulated sugar (120 g) 1 cup brown sugar (195 g) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (2 g) 2 large eggs (112 g) 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate - chopped (225 g) 1 cup miniature marshmallows (gluten-free) (56 g) 8 Kinnikinnick S’moreables® - broken into small pieces (128 g)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line baking trays with parchment paper.
- Combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl cream butter, vanilla, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Add chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows and Kinnikinnick S’moreables® pieces. Mix until combined.
- Scoop dough and drop on baking trays (2 inches apart). Press each portion of cookie dough slightly with a wet spoon.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool on pan for 5 minutes.
- Remove S’moreables® Cookies from pan and finish cooling on wire rack.
