DirectionsIn a small bowl, combine lemon grass, salt, ginger, garlic, olive oil and lime juice. Mix until combined. Prepare shrimp and place in a large plastic bag with prepared mixture. Gently shake to coat evenly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Skewer shrimps for BBQ. Drizzle or brush remaining sauce from bag. Cook shrimps on BBQ for 3-5 minutes per side or until light pink and white is opaque. Drizzle with remaining lime juice prior to serving.
