Ingredients
1 cup popcorn kernels (206 g) 1 tbsp butter (15 g) 2 cup white sugar (420 g) ½ cup water (125 g) 1 tsp vanilla extract (3g) 1 cup of your favourite Kinnikinnick KinniKritters® (80 g) Optional: red food colouring/ sprinkles/ gluten-free candies

Directions
- Pop 1 cup popcorn kernels. Remove any kernels and set aside.
- In a medium size pot, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Boil mixture for 3 minutes (do not stir during this stage). If using food colouring, add at this point. Remove mixture from burner and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl or roaster, combine popped popcorn and KinniKritters®. Pour hot mixture over popcorn and KinniKritters®. Carefully stir with a spoon to evenly coat popcorn mixture.
- Spread coated popcorn mixture on a baking tray. Sprinkle with sprinkles or add your favourite gluten-free candies.
- Let mixture cool and set. Break into bite size pieces.
