DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F (176°C). In a medium pot boil sliced potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, seasoning and cream until smooth and fluffy. Fold in horseradish and ¾ of the chives. Place in a covered baking dish and bake at 350°F (176°C) for 25-30 minutes. Top with remaining chives and serve with your favourite protein. |
