DirectionsPreheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Place trimmed ribs in a 6 quart roaster and bake covered for 20 minutes. Drain grease. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except meat. Pour prepared sauce over ribs and return to oven covered. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (162°C) and continue cooking ribs uncovered for 1½ hours turning ribs twice during cooking. Serves 6
