Directions
Mix together brown sugar, honey, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
Lightly salt and pepper chicken strips and set aside. In a medium skillet heat 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken slightly for 2 minutes per side, add half of the prepared sauce and finish cooking chicken over medium heat. Continue cooking until sauce thickens and reduces (approx. 8-10 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté Veggies in 1 tbsp. olive oil and ¼ of prepared sauce until cooked. Serve Vegetables and prepared chicken over Gluten free rice or noodles. Use remaining ¼ of prepared sauce to drizzle over top. Serve immediately.
