Flavoured Butters
Basil and Tomato
- Place butter in a medium bowl. Using a wooden spoon, press butter against the side of the bowl until it is soft and creamy in texture.
- Add chopped basil and sundried tomatoes. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and pile the butter mixture in the middle.
- Use the plastic wrap and the aid of a spatula, form butter mixture into a log shape.
- Wrap tightly with the plastic wrap and twist ends to seal (like a candy wrapper).
- Place in the refrigerator overnight to set up. Remove from refrigerator and slice into desired portions.
- Use on your favourite Kinnikinnick Bread or add to your next pasta dish.
Garlic and Parsley
- Place butter in a medium bowl. Using a wooden spoon, press butter against the side of the bowl until it is soft and creamy in texture.
- Add chopped parsley and garlic. Mix until fully incorporated.
