DirectionsCombine granulated sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a medium pot. Add milk and whisk together. Cook over medium heat for 8- 10 minutes until mixture boils and thickens. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap (place plastic wrap directly against pudding mixture to prevent a skin from forming). Let pudding set up in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Yields: 4 servings
