Ingredients

4oz sweet chocolate (116g)
-
4oz cream cheese (125g)
-
1 cup +1tbsp cream 33% (119g +14g)
-
1 tsp peppermint extract (3g)
|
Directions
Whip 1 cup whipping cream and set aside. In a small pot melt chopped chocolate and 1 tbsp 33% cream. Set aside to cool slightly. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese until soft. Slowly add chocolate mixture and mix until combined. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream until combined. Pipe filling in cupcakes or use between cake layers.

This filling is a great base, change the type of chocolate or flavouring and you have a brand new filling.
