Ingredients
8 slices Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread (228 g) 2 medium pears - peeled/cored/ thinly sliced (356 g) 3 tbsp butter - reserve 2 tbsp (45 g) 4 tbsp fig marmalade (gluten-free) (80 g) 140 g brie - rind partially removed/ cut into slices

Directions
Apples
- Sauté sliced pear in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until cooked and tender (approx. 7 - 10 minutes). Set aside.
Assembly
- Preheat an electric griddle to 350°F (176°C) or a frying pan over medium heat.
- Using reserved butter, butter one side of 8 bread slices.
- On non-buttered side, spread with fig marmalade.
- Top 4 slices of bread with 2 slices of brie (on marmalade side).
- Layer brie with sautéed pears and another slice of brie.
- Top with a slice of Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread (butter side out/ marmalade side in).
- Grill sandwich on preheated griddle until golden brown and cheese melts.
