Ingredients
2 firm avocados - peeled and pit removed/cut into ¼ pieces (512 g)
¼ tsp salt (1 g)
1 tbsp olive oil (15 g)
½ large lemon - juiced/zested (22 g + 3 g)
4 slices Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread (114 g)

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and mash together using a fork or potato masher.
- Toast Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread and spread with Avocado Mash.
- Top with your favourite toppings.
