Ingredients
4 large eggs- fried (224 g) 4 individual Kinnikinnick Traditional English Muffins (236 g) 8 slices of bacon- cooked (80 g) 4 slices of cheddar cheese (80 g)

Directions
Assembly
- Split Kinnikinnick Traditional English Muffins in half.
- Top bottoms with ½ slice of cheese, fried egg, cooked bacon and ½ slice of cheese.
- Place Traditional English Muffins tops on to make a sandwich.
- Wrap tightly in tin foil (make sure no part of the muffin is exposed).
Using a fire pit
- Place foil wrapped Campfire Breakfast Sandwich directly in hot embers and turn occasionally for even heating (approx. 7 - 10 minutes depending on heat).
- Remove from embers and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Using a BBQ
- Preheat BBQ to 350°F (176°C).
- Place foil wrapped Campfire Breakfast Sandwich in preheated BBQ on lower rack.
- Cook until heated through, turning occasionally for even heating (approx. 10 minutes).
- Remove from BBQ and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Using a oven
- Place oven rack in middle of oven and preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C).
- Bake Campfire Breakfast Sandwich in preheated oven until heated through (approx. 10 - 15 minutes).
- Remove from oven and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Tips & Variations
- Campfire Breakfast Sandwiches can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Allow for additional cooking time from frozen state.
