DirectionsPreheat oven 350°F (176°C). Line a 8x8 pan with tin foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, soak all dried fruit for 5 minutes and drain well. Chop into bite size pieces. Set aside. In a large bowl combine cereal, graham crumbs, prepared dried fruit and seeds. Mix until combined. Set aside. In a medium pot bring butter, vanilla and maple syrup to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to boil for 5 minutes (do not stir). Remove from heat and carefully (mixture is extremely hot) pour over cereal mixture. Mix until combined. Press into prepared 8x8 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes at room temperature. Place in refrigerator to cool and set overnight. Cut into desired size bars and wrap individually. Store bars in an air tight container at room temperature for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Serves 12
