Ingredients
¾ cup Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (130 g) ½ cup cocoa powder (75 g) ½ tsp baking soda (1 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) ½ cup margarine (140 g) ¾ cup granulated sugar (140 g) ½ cup brown sugar (105 g) ½ cup apple sauce (140 g) 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g) 8 oz dark chocolate - chopped (225 g) ½ package Kinnikinnick Vanilla KinniTOOS® - coarsely chopped (110 g) Optional: serve with whipped coconut cream and Kinnikinnick Chocolate KinniTOOS®

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (176°C). Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix dry ingredients until combined and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugars and margarine. Mix until combined.
- Add apple sauce and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Slowly add dry ingredients mixing after each addition.
- Fold in chopped Chocolate and Vanilla KinniTOOS®. Mix just until combined.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 28 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from pan.
Tips & Variations
- Tin foil helps with easy removal from the pan.
- Storage: Store in an air-tight container for 1 week or 3 months in the freezer.
